Your order will ship within 24hrs of the order being placed.


You can track your order by clicking the button labeled “view order” in your order confirmation email, or by going to “my account” on the website, and finding your order under the “orders”. If your order status will be shown there, and any delivery tracking options will be present. Regardless, we’ll always email you key updates about your order.


All orders placed at least 1hr before store closing will be ready within 1 hour. We will also email you when the order is ready for pickup*. So you can either plan to swing by in 1hr from when you placed your order, or you can wait for the email letting you know your order has been prepared.


Feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to look into it. If your order tracking shows the shipment has been lost, we’ll be happy to send you a new shipment free of charge!

Contact us within 1h during store hours and we will gladly change your address. After that, it is likely your shipment has already been packaged and potentially in the hands of Canada Post.


You have 15 minutes after you place your order to cancel it, no questions asked. Otherwise, we strive to maintain 100% customer satisfaction - we will gladly refund any order with reasonable reasoning.
